Position Summary
The position is a client-focused Customer Relations and Leasing role serving as the main point of contact for clients.
The role includes in-person consultations, service presentations, client guidance, and professional handling of requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person to explain services, address inquiries, and handle specific requirements professionally.
- Manage phone and written communications and provide prompt, clear, and professional information.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Use negotiation skills to close deals.
- Travel to property sites, client meetings, or related locations as required by business operations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience and Capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Previous background in real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality, or client service is preferred.
- A confident, polished, and professional demeanor is expected during in-person meetings and phone calls.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is highly advantageous.
