Role Overview
The Barista will join the team as a key contributor and help elevate the daily coffee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty espresso beverages, manual brews including V60, Aeropress, and Chemex, and signature cold drinks.
- Deliver fast, friendly customer service and tailored recommendations.
- Operate and maintain commercial coffee equipment, including grinder dialing and extraction monitoring.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards under UAE food safety regulations.
- Manage daily stock of coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging and report shortages.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1–2 years of barista experience is required.
- Specialty coffee experience or latte art skills are strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required, while Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of coffee extraction, espresso calibration, milk texturing, and basic latte art is required.
- Strong multitasking ability, a positive attitude under pressure, and a passion for customer service are expected.
- Applicants should currently reside in the UAE and be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
