Position Summary
The employer is seeking a confident, articulate, and client-focused Customer Relations and Leasing professional.
The role is the main point of contact for clients and includes consultations, presentations, and deal-closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients in person to explain services, answer inquiries, and handle requirements.
- Manage phone and written communications professionally.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Present options and use negotiation skills to close deals.
- Travel to property sites, client meetings, and related locations.
- Build long-term client relationships and support customer satisfaction.
Required Capabilities
- Strong customer service orientation with fluent written and spoken English.
- Confident, polished, and professional client-handling approach.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client or property-related activities.
Preferred Experience and Languages
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality, or client service is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is highly advantageous.
- One year of customer relationship management experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is required for at least one selected candidate.
Compensation
- Pay is stated as AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

- Annual paid leave and public holidays are provided according to UAE Labor Law.
- Travel allowance, fuel card, or company vehicle access is provided.
- The company provides an employment visa and accommodation.
Workplace
- The role requires in-person client meetings and travel to property sites or related locations.
