About the role

  • We are looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai.
  • In this role, you will support clients with their day to day queries and help ensure a smooth overall experience.
  • This role suits someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client queries in a clear and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with platform access and general usage.
  • Follow up on open requests and ensure timely handling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance and Sales when needed.
  • Guide clients to the appropriate team or entity for account related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues when required.
  • Support improvements in overall client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Interest in financial markets is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
