- Greet and assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional way
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct them to the appropriate department if needed
- Support the processing of account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions
- Ensure customer information and documents are handled with confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist in maintaining branch records, filing, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Uphold the bank’s service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in progress is an advantage)
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer oriented environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality

Job Purpose
- To assist in providing excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, processing requests, and supporting daily branch operations in an efficient and professional manner.
