Responsibilities
- Handle cargo reservations, shipment acceptance, and Air Waybill (AWB) preparation
- Coordinate cargo reservations, shipment tracking, and customer enquiries
- Prepare cargo invoices, revenue documentation, and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with airline procedures, IATA regulations, and cargo handling standards
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update cargo management systems
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air cargo operations, cargo customer service, or airline cargo management
- Proven experience handling cargo reservations, shipment documentation, Air Waybill (AWB) processing, and cargo accounting
- Working knowledge of IATA cargo regulations, cargo handling procedures, and dangerous goods requirements
- Experience using cargo management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in air cargo operations, cargo customer service, or airline cargo management
- Proven experience handling cargo reservations, shipment documentation, Air Waybill (AWB) processing, and cargo accounting
- Working knowledge of IATA cargo regulations, cargo handling procedures, and dangerous goods requirements
- Experience using cargo management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
