About the Role

- Manage customer inquiries and provide professional support to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing team regarding client requirements
- Follow up with leads, clients, and property owners regularly
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
- Assist in preparing property listings, agreements, and documentation
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support marketing and business development activities when required
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate customer service or client relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Valid QID with transferable visa preferred
