- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service inquiries

- Ensure smooth patient flow and support daily front desk operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient requests efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare policies and standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work effectively on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts and weekends
- Support administrative duties related to patient records and system updates
Requirements
- Emiratis (Family Book is required)
- High school diploma or diploma qualification minimum
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness and flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Ability to work in a healthcare service environment

Job Purpose
- The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for delivering high quality front line customer service within healthcare centres.
- The role ensures smooth patient experience through handling inquiries, registrations, appointments, and general service support in a fast paced, 24/7 healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
