Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier 1 clients to achieve overall customer health and growth
- Serve as focal point for client business and technical expectations, coordinating different teams
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs for gross profit, margin%, and cross sells
- Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate actions to ensure ongoing business growth
- Update all activities regarding client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF)
- Influence Infobip’s end to end customer experience by promoting client’s perspective to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years proven experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of industry and technology trends relevant to Infobip: CPaaS, CCaaS, customer engagement and conversational AI
- Strong commercial mindset with clear ownership of revenue, margin, and retention metrics
- Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders
- Strategic, data driven, and comfortable forecasting and performance analysis
- Confident communicator and relationship builder at multiple seniority levels

Overview
- Infobip is a global full stack cloud communication platform with 75+ offices across six continents.
- As a Customer Growth Executive, you will own the growth, retention, and overall success of Tier 1 customers.
Job Description
- Build and maintain trusted relationship with assigned Tier 1 clients to achieve overall customer health and growth.
- Serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations.
- Understand client’s structure and processes around choosing/implementing new solutions.
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients (gross profit, margin% and cross sells).
- Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business.
- In cooperation with CPaaS Registrations, ensure client's account is properly set up.
- In cooperation with Revenue Assurance, monitor and take actions to minimize health risks.
- Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth.
- Coordinate internal teams to timely fulfill client's requirements.
- Update all activities regarding client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (SF).
- Influence Infobip’s ever evolving end to end customer experience.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Minimum 6 years proven experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic is preferred.
