- Maintain a holistic view over the VoC framework and execute activities with predefined frequency
- Ensure all activities required to launch surveys, collect data, and publish results are done per timeline
- Maintain a VOC tracker for data exchange and deliverables timelines
- Identify areas of improvement to further streamline data processing
- Ensure data being exchanged is aligned with stakeholders and as needed by users
- Act as single point of contact for VoC execution matters
- Escalate delays in data readiness and availability
- Support in managing stakeholder deliverables and service providers

- UAE National with up to 3 years of experience
- Experience in conducting surveys or research is a plus

Job Responsibility
