About the Role
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales, margin, and volume targets for a group of accounts in the Saudi market, with 50% travel. The role involves building relationships with store operations, developing tailored promotions, and coaching in-store staff.

Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales, Margin & Volume targets on assigned accounts and ensure 5P Execution in Store
- Develop partnership between CP and a group of accounts at store and regional level by building relationships and negotiating with store operations
- Provide feedback on competition intelligence and in store environment to ensure right tactics
- Ensure tailored plans/promotions are developed with RM and executed in accounts
- Conduct negotiations on planograms, displays, promotion execution at regional office and/or store level
- Coordinate special events in co operation with RM Team and CDTL
- Maximize P&L Account by analyzing, identifying opportunities and action plan
- Prepare Business Reviews twice a year with CDTL & GM
- Regularly visit stores to identify areas of improvement
- Coach and give direction to in store staff (merchandisers)
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's or similar degree
- At least 5 years of experience in HSM/Pharma DS environment in Saudi Market
- Experience in developing Business of Selected Customers
- Good English & Arabic

Business Development & Customer Relationship
- Cascade Channel Strategy developed by CDTL in the selected Accounts
- Building and managing relationships with key players (Junior Buyers & Store Manager)
- Conducting negotiations as necessary (planograms, displays, promotion execution etc)
- Coordinating special events (store level sell in and communication, materials management in store etc.)
- Maximizing P&L Account, by analyzing, identifying opportunities & action plan
- Prepare Business Reviews (twice a year)
In Store Management
- Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement
- Coaching & giving direction to in store staff (merchandisers)
- Working with the CDTL and RM to develop tools, merchandising materials and in store programs
- Supervising & Analyzing the consistent and accurate collection of data
- Clearly communicating in store objectives and monitoring execution of 5P targets
- Resolving operational issues at regional offices or in store
The Individual
- A minimum of a Bachelor's or similar degree is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in HSM/Pharma DS environment in Saudi Market
- Experience in developing Business of Selected Customers
- Good English & Arabic
