About the Role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat. The role requires 1-2 years of customer care experience and strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat in line with service level agreements.
- Manage customer inquiries related to orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery updates, and product info.
- Ensure accurate case documentation in Salesforce Service Cloud and update all relevant fields.
- Coordinate with Backline, Operations, and Store teams to ensure end to end issue resolution.
- Handle social media only when trained or assigned, ensuring the same brand tone and service quality.
- Handle off Q tasks: HCC + Damages + the List.
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in Customer Care
- Good communication skills
- Well spoken in English and Arabic
