What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat in line with service level agreements.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, delivery updates, and product info.
  • Ensure accurate case documentation in Salesforce Service Cloud and update all relevant fields.
  • Coordinate with Backline, Operations, and Store teams to ensure end to end issue resolution.
  • Handle social media only when trained or assigned, ensuring the same brand tone and service quality.
  • Handle off Q tasks: HCC + Damages + the List.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • 1 2 years of experience in Customer Care.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Well spoken in English / Arabic.
