Full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a French-speaking client support professional.
The role focuses on customer experience, account support, client relationships, consultation, and sales opportunity support.
Responsibilities
- Address client needs and manage accounts to support high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage client communications and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Deliver consultation services and tailor solutions to client requirements.
- Identify client challenges and support sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English with strong customer satisfaction and communication skills.
- Experience in account management and building lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Ability to provide consulting services and tailored client-focused solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Prior real estate or corporate services experience is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with remote work specified for this shift.
