Job Overview

  • As a Customer Care Advisor, your role is to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • The objective is to improve customer profitability and loyalty to the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Educating customers about banking products and services to meet their financial needs.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and cross selling banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and investment accounts.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adhering to banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the branch.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures.
  • Upholding a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent (any specialization).
  • General awareness of banking segment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem solving.
  • From 0 to 5 years experience.
