About the Role

- Manage and maintain the company's CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Create and design sales pipelines
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with CRM related activities
- Develop and implement CRM workflows and automation
- Ensure proper user access, permissions, and system compliance
- Train employees on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience through CRM initiatives
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve CRM related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
