Description

- You will operate at the heart of a truly global, industry leading organisation, extending beyond the airline into 12 diverse businesses, collaborating with a broad portfolio of stakeholders to lead the implementation of a robust and forward looking resilience framework.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take the lead on critical elements of our Corporate Emergency Response Plan during crisis situations, making a real difference when it matters most.
- Coordinate responses to business continuity events, helping minimise disruption and ensure critical services continue seamlessly.
- Contribute to strengthening and sustaining our Corporate Business Continuity Programme across the hub and wider network.
- Support the continuous evolution of our crisis management and business continuity plans, keeping them agile and responsive in a dynamic environment.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a key partner in resilience response planning.
- Design and deliver engaging, scenario based training to prepare teams across the hub and wider network for real world challenges.
About You
- You are someone who is motivated to grow, take ownership and make a real difference in challenging situations.
- You hold a minimum of relevant College or University Bachelor’s Degree.
- You have some experience supporting or building emergency management or business continuity frameworks.
- You bring exposure to training or preparing teams for crisis or disruption scenarios.
- You have strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead.
- You are calm under pressure and can step forward with confidence when needed.
- You are a clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
