About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver on the Resilience Framework of Predict, Prevent, Respond, Recover across APMM
- Implement overall Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategy in the region
- Support and implement resilience training programs and create regional improvement plans
- Implement and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience
- Manage and coordinate crises at Level 2
- Develop and maintain Regional CMPs
- Act as Coordinator of Crisis Management Teams at Level 2 (including FMT)
- Facilitate development and execution of regional BCPs aligned with global framework
- Coordinate and facilitate BCP exercises and simulations
- Develop and run crisis training and exercises for Level 2 teams
Requirements
- 8 10 years in CM, BCM or similar field
- Preferably BCM certification (e.g., CBCI)
- Experience leading crisis management efforts and CMTs
- Experience in business continuity and emergency response

About the Role

- Support and implement resilience training programs and create regional improvement plans
- Implement and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience across the region
- Ensure the organization’s ability to deliver critical logistics operations during and after disruptions
- Manage and coordinate crises at Level 2
In this role, you will:
- Ensure BR Governance between CEN and Regions
- Ensure resilience framework elements are implemented in all regions
- Customer engagement, contract and commercial support for regional customers
- Develop and maintain Regional CMPs
- Act as Coordinator of Crisis Management Teams at Level 2 (including FMT)
- Act as Coordinator for Foresight CMTs
- Implement enterprise level BCPs across regions (Tech, Cyber, Procurement, etc.)
- Support all areas with local response / incident management
- Develop critical sites list with the business
- Collaborate on risk assessments to identify operational vulnerabilities
- Implement resilience strategies and continuity solutions
- Facilitate development and execution of regional BCPs aligned with global framework
What You Bring:
- 8 10 years in CM, BCM or similar field
- Preferably BCM certification (e.g., CBCI)
- Experience leading crisis management efforts and CMTs
- Experience in business continuity and emergency response
