Job Overview
The Crew Scheduling Administrator performs day-to-day crew scheduling and general services activities.
The role solves typical problems using established options with limited supervisory approval.
Work directly affects the team through the quality of services and information provided.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Attend training as indicated by the supervisor.
- Check offshore crew documents for validity.
- Maintain current personnel files and training documentation for offshore crew.
- Liaise with local agencies for documentation and registrations, including visas, Federal Police, and Sispat.
- Contact the medical department when an employee scheduled to embark receives medical leave.
- Inform HR and Operations about non-embarkation and crew-change changes caused by medical issues, flights, weather, or other reasons.
- Support supplier nota-fiscal processes.
- Confirm official vacation start dates to offshore personnel.
- Complete timesheet forms.
- Coordinate personnel movements to and from offshore locations.
- Produce reports for the Crewing Logistics Coordinator.
Essential Qualifications and Education
- High school degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative routines.
- Basic to intermediate level of English.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Compliance with company safety and ethics standards.
- Thorough understanding of HSE and quality principles and their applicability.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and adaptability.
