Credit and Collection Agent

Strategic Agility •Collaborate with your supervisor to assess margin increase requests •Approve credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgment Operational Excellence •Manage and collect receivables for your assigned territory •Release orders for inventory-ready items •Reconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner Autonomy & Impact •Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisions •Resolve escalated or sensitive collection cases independently, as financial analyst Human-Centered Communication •Act as a respectful and trusted liaison between internal sales teams and customers •Manage communications with professionalism and empathy

•Secondary School Diploma or College degree in business, accounting, or office admin •3–5 years of experience in a similar credit or collections role, in a commercial environment, or as a Financial analyst •Fluency in both French and English is essential •Experience with accounting/ERP software is a strong asset •A detail-oriented mindset, a steady hand, and a tactful voice Compensation Information •Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually •Supplemental Pay Types: Annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
