Brand and visual strategy
- Own BJAK’s brand identity and visual systems across all platforms.
- Build visual narratives for local users, culture, and market trends.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into visual storytelling.
- Develop campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels.
Creative leadership and execution
- Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary creative team.
- Review and approve visual assets against the brand vision.
- Build creative workflows that balance quality, speed, and scalability.
- Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams on strategic goals.
- Use data, insights, and market trends to optimize creative output.
What you bring
- 4–6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership.
- A strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, digital campaigns, and multi-channel projects.
- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and raising creative standards.
