About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the country Local Content strategy in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant authorities
- Define, monitor, and deliver country local content targets, scoring, and reporting
- Lead localization initiatives including local supplier development, local spend optimization, and localization roadmaps
- Act as the main interface with regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders on all local content matters
- Establish and maintain country level Quality Management governance aligned with corporate standards
- Ensure effective implementation of quality processes, audits, non conformities, corrective and preventive actions
- Drive cross BU quality alignment, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to embed quality and local content requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 12 years of relevant experience in quality management, local content, localization, supply chain, or related country level roles
- Proven hands on experience with Saudi local content frameworks, regulations, scoring mechanisms, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in quality governance, audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic

The Opportunity
- The Country Quality & Local Content Manager is responsible for defining, driving, and governing the country Quality framework and Local Content strategy in line with Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements and company objectives.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Own and drive the country Local Content strategy in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and relevant authorities (e.g., Local Content Authority, IKTVA, NUSANED).
- Define, monitor, and deliver country local content targets, scoring, and reporting.
- Lead localization initiatives including local supplier development, local spend optimization, and localization roadmaps.
- Act as the main interface with regulators, customers, and internal stakeholders on all local content matters.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to track and improve local content performance.
- Establish and maintain country level Quality Management governance aligned with corporate standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of quality processes, audits, non conformities, corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive cross‑BU quality alignment, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support risk management, compliance, and operational excellence through structured quality oversight.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to embed quality and local content requirements into business execution.
- Provide expert guidance to country leadership on quality and local content risks, opportunities, and compliance obligations.
- Represent the country in internal and external reviews related to quality and localization.
Your Background
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in quality management, local content, localization, supply chain, or related country‑level roles.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Saudi local content frameworks, regulations, scoring mechanisms, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in quality governance, audits, corrective actions, and supplier quality management.
- Strong understanding of business execution, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
- Experience working in an industrial, energy, manufacturing, or large project‑based environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Practical, execution‑focused mindset with the ability to operate independently at country level.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic is required.
