Job Overview
Prepare cost estimates, develop internal cost estimates for changes, and coordinate with project teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and develop internal cost estimates for changes.
- Coordinate with project teams for the development of all Classified and Unclassified Cost and Schedule Estimates.
- Develop measures and reporting systems aligned with benchmarking to achieve pacesetter levels.
- Conduct briefing sessions for project team members with respect to cost estimating and control requirements and processes.
- Interface with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues.
- Participate in gathering and recording lessons learned for the project.
Requirements
- Expertise in cost estimating and project controls.
- Ability to develop internal cost estimates for changes.
- Experience with Civil, Structural, Piping, Electrical, and Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&ID's).
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple estimating tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
