Responsibilities
- Receive and verify supplier invoices, matching them against purchase orders and market listings
- Prepare accounts payable vouchers and control the flow of goods in and out of receiving, storerooms, and outlets
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year end inventories
- Establish daily and monthly food & beverage costs per outlet and prepare profit and loss statements
- Analyze outlet activity on a monthly basis, including revenue, sales costs, payroll, and other expenses
- Prepare month end closing reports for food, beverage, mini bar, and operating supplies
Requirements
- Experience in cost control or financial administration in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control procedures
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare financial reports and statements

Position Overview
- Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.
- Proper grooming at all times and attendance at training classes as per schedule.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Aware of daily activities and product knowledge of all hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organization of financial administration and coordination with Corporate Finance.
- Ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage department through organization and administration.
- Implement and maintain an internal control and audit system for efficient supervision of F&B controls and costs.
- Maintain effective employee relations and prepare/control work schedules.
- Facilitate human resources development and maintain effective communication within the department and with other departments.
- Receive and verify supplier invoices and monthly statements, matching invoices and receiving slips against purchase orders and market listings.
- Register all goods received without an invoice separately.
- Prepare accounts payable vouchers.
- Control and register the flow of goods in and out from receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, and F&B outlets.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year end inventories; prepare physical inventory reports for food, beverages, mini bar, operating supplies, and S.O.E.
- Establish daily and monthly food & beverage costs per outlet and daily profit and loss statement per outlet.
- Cost all recipes before implementing a new dish on a menu; for special events, establish a provisional P&L statement.
