- Corporate Mid Senior Associate Lawyer 3–9 PQE | M&A | Dubai | Leading Global Law Firm
- I am currently working on an excellent opportunity for a high calibre corporate lawyer to join a leading Middle East Corporate team based in Dubai.
- The team is looking to hire at the Mid Senior Associate c.3 9 PQE, with experience of corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital etc.
- The role will involve leading M&A transactions from start to finish, so candidates should be confident running deals and managing stakeholders independently.
- Applicants should have trained and qualified (UK/US/ AUS) solicitor with a Legal 500 law firm and have experience in the Middle East market.
- Top tier law firm remuneration (tax free), bonus and package on offer to attract a high calibre candidate, coming from a Legal 500 recognised law firm in the UAE, London etc.
- Arabic language skills and/or exposure to PE and / or venture capital transactions would be highly advantageous, but are not essential.
