Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and commercial contracts
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential legal risks
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal governance policies and procedures
- Manage all litigation, disputes, and regulatory proceedings, liaising with external counsel
- Advise on corporate governance to ensure highest standards
- Stay informed of changes in legislation and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support for business activities
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with a degree in Law (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a reputable university
- Substantial post qualification experience, ideally in a leading law firm or large in house corporate legal department
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate and commercial law
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously, manage diverse workload, and meet deadlines
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and discretion
