Deals Corporate Finance

The Deals practice helps clients create, execute, and realise value across the transaction lifecycle.

The regional Corporate Finance team advises on acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and capital raising for companies and investors.

The position is based in Riyadh and works with deal makers from origination through execution.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Lead origination and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and partnerships, including structuring, negotiation, and closing.
  • Execute inbound and outbound transactions for strategic and financial investors.
  • Advise emerging companies seeking growth capital and shareholders seeking restructuring or divestment value.
  • Evaluate deal issues and potential deal breakers.
  • Negotiate pricing and review commercial terms with advisers and legal teams.
  • Lead pitch preparation and contribute to deal origination.
  • Engage senior management and business owners on performance and commercial considerations.
  • Deliver valuation analysis to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to pursuit teams and proposal development.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant corporate finance or investment banking experience is required.
  • Strong M&A experience and an active client network in Saudi Arabia are required.
  • Proven ability to originate and execute deals is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • A strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture are required.
  • Bilingual English and Arabic proficiency is required.
  • CFA, CPA, CA, or MBA qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • The role requires travel within the Middle East and occasional international travel, including possible overnight stays.
