How You Will Contribute
- Lead the conversion of priority Technology and AI opportunities into measurable commercial outcomes.
- Identify, shape, and challenge high-value opportunities with Lines of Service and Internal Firm Services leaders.
- Translate business demand into opportunity statements, value cases, and activation plans.
- Link opportunities to ROI, growth, efficiency, or operational value.
- Apply commercial, change, and workflow design thinking to support adoption and scale.
- Challenge technical options and align solutions with enterprise priorities.
- Identify reusable assets, solution patterns, product gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Route opportunities into intake with clear roles, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
Experience and Education
- Experience at Senior Manager level shaping commercial portfolios, product portfolios, business cases, or transformation and change initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, strategy, innovation, finance, operations, or a related discipline.
- Fluency across technology, AI, automation, data, or digital transformation.
- Understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, workflow design, data considerations, and scalable solutions.
Skills and Languages
- Commercial judgment, executive presence, autonomy, structured problem solving, communication, influencing, prioritization, and ambiguity reduction are required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Professional qualifications or recognized certifications in strategy, innovation, AI or digital transformation, product leadership, portfolio management, change leadership, or benefits realization are advantageous.
- Arabic or another regional language is advantageous.
Travel Requirements
- Flexibility to travel and work away from the base office may be required, including frequent overnight stays.
