- Implement and follow up on corporate excellence and quality standards, ensuring alignment with DGEP requirements
- Support the organization in meeting and exceeding the rigorous standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program
- Conduct comprehensive self assessments and develop strategic improvement plans
- Prepare and review award submission documents for various excellence programs
- Provide support and guidance to employees and teams participating in excellence awards
- Generate insightful reports on excellence performance, identifying key areas for improvement
- Conduct benchmarking studies and propose best practices
- Promote and embed a culture of excellence throughout the organization
- Support internal and external audits related to excellence and quality management systems
- Analyze complex data and provide actionable reports to management
- Ensure compliance with information security, safety protocols, and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate excellence, quality management, or a similar domain
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems and their practical application
- Mandatory: In depth knowledge and practical experience with the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related field.
