About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own end to end management of CRM campaigns across push notifications, email, SMS, and in app channels
- Support local advertising, promotional campaigns, and event management per brand guidelines and budget
- Ensure talabat is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience
- Set communication to the right audience in the customer funnel
- Support the Marketing Manager in launching and briefing talabat pro campaigns across different channels
- Set up templates and processes for requesting marketing support for new verticals
- Coordinate with other internal functions within Marketing and cross functionally with PR & Comms, Sales, and regional creative team
- Prepare performance reports including competitive landscape weekly and active campaign performance report with KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with ability to write content in Arabic across all channels
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical and comfortable with numbers; proficiency in MS Excel is a plus
