Job Description

  • As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact, helping partners optimize their presence on the platform and grow sales.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.
  • Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing partners with insights that support their business growth.

Data Driven Consulting

  • Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to drive revenue and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities, and growth plans.

Account Growth & Optimization

  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services, suggest cross promotions, and improve partner performance.
  • Support partners in optimizing content for better customer engagement and conversion.
  • Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.

Contract Management & Compliance

  • Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership.
  • Ensure partners comply with service level agreements and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Partner Success.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a must.
  • Customer first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
