Responsibilities
- Own the commercials behind UAE operations: cost per order, rider cost, and efficiency metrics driving operational P&L
- Track budget vs. actuals and provide data backed trade offs between cost, growth, and customer experience
- Own the UAE operational KPI stack from forecast to actuals
- Anticipate performance gaps and drive interventions to close them
- Drive optimization agenda across the network: rider economics, staffing efficiency, vendor and coverage performance
- Build analyses and dashboards to make decisions faster
- Lead cross functional, high impact projects that shape UAE operations
Requirements
- At least 4 years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting, ideally in marketplace, logistics, or Q commerce
- Commercial instinct: understanding of how a business makes money
- Strong data literacy and ability to work with complex data and models
- Executive presence: ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
- Financial modeling and P&L fluency
- SQL (BigQuery) and Looker/Tableau a strong plus
- Bias for ownership and follow through

Role Summary
- This role owns the commercial and performance engine behind talabat UAE's operations.
- You'll own the operational commercials and KPI performance, drive optimization work, and turn analysis into decisions.

- Commercial & P&L Ownership for Operations: Own the commercials behind UAE operations, cost per order, rider cost, and efficiency metrics.
- Performance Management: Own the UAE operational KPI stack, from forecast to actuals.
- Operational Optimization: Drive the optimization agenda across the network: rider economics, staffing efficiency, vendor and coverage performance.
- Data, Modeling & Insight: Build analyses and dashboards that make decisions faster.
- Strategic Projects & Senior Stakeholder Leadership: Lead cross functional, high impact projects that shape UAE operations.
What did we order?
- At least 4 years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting, ideally in a marketplace, logistics, or Q commerce environment.
