Company Description

Job Description

  • Support end to end onboarding including document collection, verification, and coordination with IT, Payroll, and Procurement.
  • Conduct pre boarding welcome calls to confirm documentation and address queries.
  • Maintain data accuracy across onboarding trackers, HR dashboards, and HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate government related formalities with PROs for UAE labor contracts, work permits, Emirates IDs, and medicals.
  • Activate benefits such as medical insurance, payroll, and other programs for new hires.
  • Execute structured offboarding including asset collection, termination documentation, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with Payroll for accurate final settlements including EOSB, leave encashments, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance on exits by managing delisting from MOHRE, Immigration, and Insurance systems.
  • Serve as first point of contact for HR operational queries and provide policy based guidance.
  • Manage SIM card issuance and reconciliation.
  • Administer employee benefits including medical insurance, allowances, and wellness programs.
  • Provide accurate payroll inputs for new joiners, leavers, and compensation changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations/HR roles within the UAE Mainland.
  • Solid understanding of MOHRE processes, UAE labor law, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling high volumes of onboarding/offboarding transactions in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
