- Lead contract management function for railway signaling projects from award to close out
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and corporate policies
- Manage contractual correspondence and documentation with clients and subcontractors
- Lead preparation and negotiation of contract variations and claims
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams
Requirements
- Experience in contract management for large scale projects

Role Overview
- The Contract Manager oversees contractual activities for large scale railway signaling projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensures contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities are managed in alignment with project objectives and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management function from contract award through project completion.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, corporate policies, and legal frameworks.
- Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project directors and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and opportunities.
- Manage contractual correspondence and documentation with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Lead preparation, evaluation, and negotiation of contract variations, change orders, and claims.
- Support development and execution of claims and dispute resolution strategies.
- Monitor project performance against contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Contribute to commercial reporting, forecasting, and risk assessments.
- Ensure proper contract administration and documentation control.
