Role Overview
The Contract Analyst will support the Head of Contracts with post-award contract administration, monitoring, reporting, compliance, and contract lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support contract execution, amendments, renewals, variations, and close-outs.
- Monitor contract obligations, milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates.
- Maintain contract records and prepare reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits, reviews, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Three to five years of relevant contract or procurement experience.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle and post-award administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
- CIPS or CPSM certification is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 15,000 to QAR 18,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
