Role Description
Full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Develops and executes content strategies aligned with Grovy's brand, business objectives, and project pipeline across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan content calendars and coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams.
- Conduct audience and market research to inform messaging.
- Oversee content creation, review, and optimization for websites, social media, campaigns, investor communications, and customer touchpoints.
- Track content performance and use analytics to refine strategy.
- Maintain governance standards for tone, quality, and compliance.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and execute content strategy through planning, audience analysis, and business-goal alignment.
- Experience organizing, publishing, and maintaining content across platforms with process, quality control, and governance.
- Skill creating clear, engaging, brand-consistent materials for campaigns, brochures, presentations, and investor communications.
- Proficiency crafting optimized, user-focused content for websites, landing pages, and digital experiences.
- Strong English writing ability, including grammar, structure, and storytelling for diverse audiences.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Real estate, property development, or investment-focused content experience is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
