Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and high performing copy for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns
- Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, visual identity, and communication standards
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to conceptualize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Create story driven content that aligns with the customer journey and supports marketing objectives
- Build, test, and optimize communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign reporting
- Ensure seamless integration and automation across customer touchpoints
- Work closely with data, CRM, and digital teams to enhance personalization and performance
- Support commercial campaigns and product launches through creative and strategic content planning
- Partner with cross functional teams (CX, Marketing, Digital) to ensure message alignment and maximize impact
- Analyze campaign results and continuously refine communication effectiveness
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency in language, tone, and message across all channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing, media, literature or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness
- Agile, proactive, and solution oriented with a collaborative approach
