  • As part of our Corporate Performance & ESG division, you will help organisations transform their audit and assurance processes.
  • This is a high impact consulting leadership role where you will drive a wide range of TeamMate software engagements across the Middle East.
  • You will work directly with senior stakeholders, shaping how leading organisations drive efficiencies in their assurance process with TeamMate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project leader responsibilities: Acts as SME to internal staff and trusted advisor to TeamMate customers; Works closely with the engagement project manager to manage and monitor project timelines and budget; Provides regular status updates to Wolters Kluwer leadership; Identifies project issues and
  • Service delivery responsibilities: Business analysis: Leads discovery workshops; Conducts process mapping workshops; Engages effectively with stakeholders.
  • Functional design and configuration: Responsible for functional design and configuration of TeamMate product; Provides coaching and delegates tasks to consultants.
  • User training: Delivers effective end user training; Advises customer on training approach; Provides guidance to consultants; Creates training manuals; Delivers train the trainer training.

Key Skills Required

  • Background in audit (internal or external) is essential.
  • Experience implementing similar audit and assurance or GRC solutions is welcome – especially across the Middle East region.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Strong customer service skills, a good listener with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers both virtually and face to face.
  • Tenacious individual who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East region when customers prefer onsite delivery of services.
  • Flexibility in accommodating customer engagements which may change at the last minute.
  • Excellent presentation skills demonstrating flair and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Native level Arabic and fluent English.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or information systems.
  • GRC or Internal Audit certification, e.g. CIA, CRMA, CISA.
  • Minimum 7 years work experience.
