Role Overview

  • Wolters Kluwer is seeking an Account & Relationship Management Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of clients within its CP ESG Audit & Assurance solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful adoption of audit, risk, and ass

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client needs, queries, and escalations
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and drive value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting

Required Skills

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience in account management, sales, or customer success
  • Ability to negotiate and manage commercial discussions
  • Good understanding of audit, risk, or SaaS solutions (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and CRM skills
  • Problem solving mindset with a customer first approach
