- Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and drive value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline visibility, and accurate forecasting

- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage commercial discussions
- Good understanding of audit, risk, or SaaS solutions (preferred)
- Strong analytical and CRM skills
