The role supports PwC Advisory's Microsoft Consulting services and technology-enabled client solutions.
The posting describes a .NET Developer working with ASP.NET, C#, web APIs, and databases.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and understand application development requirements.
- Design and develop applications on the ASP.NET platform.
- Write code and design unit tests for application components.
- Contribute to solutions for work-related technical problems.
- Apply good coding practices and improve system performance.
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC, C#, and SQL Server is required.
- Experience with .NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server or Oracle is described for the developer role.
- Knowledge of current coding practices and system performance improvement is required.
Preferred and advantageous skills
- Understanding or experience working with Agile is preferred.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery is advantageous.
- Familiarity with TFS and GitHub repositories is preferred.
