Turner & Townsend is hiring project management professionals for its expanding Real Estate team in Sheffield.
Project Managers lead commissions of varying scale and value, typically up to £40 million depending on project complexity.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
- Act as the key day-to-day client interface and ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are achieved.
- Provide strategic advice at project conception and establish success criteria.
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental matters.
- Establish project governance, processes, systems, and detailed project plans.
- Advise on procurement and resource requirements and lead the cross-functional team.
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage change control.
- Monitor project finances and manage information flow, meetings, communications, and progress reports.
- Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing construction or refurbishment projects is essential.
- Experience in a consultancy environment is ideal.
- A degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
