About the Role

- Analyze business requirements and help design solutions that leverage D365 Customer Insights capabilities
- Configure D365 applications to meet specific business needs
- Create detailed documentation of the solution design and configuration
- Provide on site support (when required) and assistance throughout the delivery and go live phases of the project
- Help deliver end user training to clients and colleagues
- Act as a trusted solution delivery consultant to clients, by configuring D365 Customer Insights
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables
- Ensure quality project delivery and manage their task effectively
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other consultants
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey concepts to clients and team members
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and related modules such as Sales and Customer Service
- Proficiency in configuring D365 applications
- Good understanding of data integration and migration processes
- Proven ability to gather and document functional requirements and perform gap/fit analysis
- Good foundational consulting skills, including analytical know how, problem solving, and team participation
- Capable of delivering software solutions and functional configuration
- Ability to help deliver solution design decisions and create comprehensive solution documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of delivering end user training and creating training materials
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related fields are highly desirable
- A degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar
- Five (2) to ten (5) years of experience implementing CRM Model Apps SMS solutions in the private or public sector

Overview
- MNP's Digital Solutions team is seeking a Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
