- Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges
- Promote sales and achieve set targets using makeup knowledge
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Ensure in store marketing levels are met according to brand guidelines
- Ensure timely replenishment on appropriate shelves
- Report inventory shortages using the stock request form
- Ensure stock receipt follows established procedures

- At least 2 years of experience in the beauty sector

Job Overview
- We are the leading partner in the luxury goods sector in the Middle East, with over 600 stores and 300 brands.
- The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and using appropriate sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
- They will also be responsible for counter cleanliness, replenishment, and handling new product launches and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, usage, and services.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and assist in meeting expectations.
- Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges.
- Explain the uses and benefits of different brands and products.
- Promote sales and achieve set targets using makeup knowledge.
- Follow up on store level targets.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Participate in achieving incentives.
- Follow up on post launch sales targets at store level.
- Ensure in store marketing levels are met according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely replenishment on appropriate shelves.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in the beauty sector.
