Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and usage
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
- Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges
- Explain the uses and benefits of different brands and products
- Boost sales by achieving set targets using makeup knowledge
- Follow up on store level targets
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Participate in achieving incentives
- Follow up on post launch sales targets at store level
- Ensure in store marketing levels are met according to brand guidelines
- Ensure timely replenishment of shelves
Your Success Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in the beauty sector
