Requirements
- 12 17 years of experience in construction management
- Experience with large scale retail, commercial, healthcare, residential, and mixed use projects
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and Saudi Arabian labor laws
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Overview
- Oversee and manage all on site construction activities across all disciplines including civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works large scale retail commercial, healthcare, residential and mixed use projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary construction teams including project engineers, site engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and skilled workers.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure alignment with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary on site point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Develop and implement construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and control project progress, cost performance, manpower deployment, and material management.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations, Saudi Arabian labor laws, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, quality, and HR departments.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, site updates, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular site inspections, coordination meetings, and toolbox talks.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor performance including coordination, monitoring, quality assurance, and dispute resolution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
