Role Overview
CSCEC Middle East is recruiting a Construction Manager for finishing works on a large-scale high-rise tower project in Dubai, UAE.
The role is part of the Construction Team and involves coordinating project delivery, resources, budgets, stakeholders, documentation, and QEHS performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure construction activities progress according to the predetermined schedule and budget.
- Review project planning, budgeting, and required resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop communication mechanisms, resolve conflicts, and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction progress, hold status meetings, and revise project work plans when necessary.
- Manage the budget, track expenses, and minimize project exposure and risk.
- Obtain permits and licenses, ensure valid NOCs, and comply with applicable legal and QEHS requirements.
- Complete project documentation, review site reports, inspect construction sites, and monitor client and consultant feedback.
- Attend client and consultant meetings and support QEHS training and awareness for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years of working experience in high-rise tower projects.
