Job Purpose

Lead and manage civil construction activities for electrical substation projects across the UAE.

Oversee control buildings, transformer foundations, cable trenches, roads, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure.

Ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of civil works.

Coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, planning teams, and other project disciplines.

Experience and Knowledge

Extensive experience in substation civil works is required.
Strong leadership skills are required for managing construction teams and subcontractors.
Familiarity with UAE utility authority requirements, including TRANSCO, ADDC, AADC, DEWA, SEWA, and EtihadWE, is required.

Project Planning and Execution

Lead planning and execution of all civil construction activities.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Develop construction strategies and execution plans.
Align civil works with the overall project schedule and monitor milestones for timely completion.
