Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of the project
- Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established standards
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of key project plans, including the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, and QA/QC Plan
- Manage scope changes and negotiate with clients and subcontractors
- Support business development activities to secure additional work
- Represent the company in meetings with regulatory authorities and public stakeholders
- Identify risks such as delays or cost overruns and implement corrective actions
- Oversee site related functions, including labor relations, procurement, and payroll where applicable
- Monitor progress, report on key milestones, and highlight risks impacting cost or schedule
- Lead weekly project meetings to review progress and track action items
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field
- Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, including strong project and construction management expertise on large scale infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, such as Principal Project Manager
- Extensive background in operations management, including personnel and facilities oversight

Job Overview

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of the project.
- Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
