Job Description
- Parsons is seeking an accomplished Program Director to lead a high profile portfolio of projects for a key government client in the UAE.
- This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded program leader who can strengthen client trust, drive portfolio performance, and lead multidisciplinary teams across complex infrastructure programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the strategic planning, governance, and performance management of a major project portfolio for a government client.
- Serve as Parsons senior client facing leader, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams.
- Oversee portfolio performance across safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, risk, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide clear leadership, reporting, escalation, and decision support to Parsons leadership and client representatives.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams and ensure the right resources, capability, and delivery focus are in place.
- Drive strong commercial discipline, including forecasting, margin performance, contract management, change control, and risk mitigation.
- Identify opportunities to expand Parsons role, improve delivery performance, and strengthen long term client partnership.
- Model Parsons values through visible leadership, accountability, collaboration, and commitment to safety and quality.
